<Job Responsibilities>
・Handling Admin tasks, such as salary calculate, issue Invoice, transferring money to the bank, procedure of tax (and visa, work-permit, social insurance etc..)
・Supporting to translate and interpreter for Japanese Director, and Sales Assistant and Marketing
・Communicate and report to Japanese head office staffs
・Contact with corporate bank and foreign company
・Making related documents in Japanese (use words, excel, power point)
・Catch up with labour law and related news
・Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Female
・Age: Under 31 years old
・Having over 2 years working experience as a Admin or Japanese Director Assistant / Secretary in Japanese company
・Working experience in small sized company and handling wide tasks
・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 - to communicate Japan head office staffs)
English Conversational level (Reading and writing, contact with Korean corporate company)
・Well know about Japanese company working style
・Willing to go to attend client from Japan

・Personality : Cheerful, honest, supportive, well organized, good communication with Japanese staffs
