<Job Responsibilities>
・Gather specific system domain knowledge and convey to the project working team in Vietnam
・Get & manage requirements from Japan site to Vietnam site
・Bridge in communication with Japanese customers on all project-related matters
・After joining the company from 6 months, employee have chances of going to the headquarter in Japan for training for around 2 years. After training course, employee will go back to Vietnam and work for this company for at least 2 years. Training courses will be in one of the 4 specific domains of this company's business areas such as: Energy, Systems & Infrastructure Solutions, Electronics and Storage, IoT Solutions in manufacturing.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunication or related fields.
・Age: 28 - 35 years old.
・Gender: Male Preferred
・Language: Japanese N3 and above (to communicate between Japan site and Vietnam site)
・ Experience: At least 3 continuous years of working experience in software development field. During which, have at least 1 year working as BrSE with Japanese clients.
・ Other skills:
- Experiences & knowledge in OOP.
- Experiences at one of the common programming languages such as C/C++, Java, C#,...
- Experiences at JS, HTML/CSS.
- Have knowledge of software engineering disciplines, especially requirement gathering & analyzing.
<Preferred skills>
・ Experience in JS Framework (React, Angular)
・ Have experience working in Japan is a plus.
<Personality/Personal attribution>
・ Highly responsible, loyal & long-term commitment (At least 2 years)
・ High quality & customer-oriented mindset.
・ Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail.
・ Hard-working & persevering in studying domain specific system with Japanese documents.
<Schedule>
・Interview round: 2 rounds, both face to face.
・Interviewer:
- 1st round: Vietnamese Technical Department Manager + Vietnamese HR (For technical discussion, work discussion,.. to decide if the candidate is suitable to the job)
- 2nd round: Vietnamese HR (Discussion about salary, work benefits,... to decide if the company's and candidate's necessity are met)
・Test: No (Candidate will be tested language skills during the interview)
