Job Description
1. POLICY
To formulate the annual policy of the Legal Section in accordance with the Company's Policies. Plan, Develop, formulate policy and procedures As a whole the Legal Section is entrusted to support the Company's expansion and existing Shopping Centre's businesses (Business Development Division, Shopping Center and Store Operations, Human Resources, Risk Management & Compliance, other divisions or departments), by providing or perusing the required documents and agreements, providing the necessary legal advice and consultation, participating in all the relevant meetings as well as attending to such legal matters required by the Company.
2. BUDGET

To prepare the annual and bi-annual budget for the Legal Section in accordance with the Guidelines of the CompanyTo monitor and manage the budget of the Legal Section in order to ensure that all expenses of the Division are within budget.
 
Job Requirement:
Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in law or master degree in law (preferred).Certificate in English language
Know How:

5 years working either as in house lawyer or practice in a foreign law firm. Experience in retail and/or real estate (preferred). 
Skill:

English language, both written and verbalStrong analytical, Negotiation and Presentation skillsBe mature, Proactive and Professional
