<Saturday Working: 08:00 - 12:00 Saturday 2 times per month>
<Job Responsibilities>
・Go to client office/ factory to have meeting with Japanese General Director
・Support communication between Japanese General Director and Vietnamese staffs
・Interpret at appointment with client, internal meeting
・Take minutes of a meeting
・Issue and translate document
・Support to make documents
・Arrange General Director's business trip (Fright ticket, hotel, car)
・Overtime working about 20 hours per month
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: Japanese Fluent Level (N2 or more over)
・Gender: Female only
・Age: 23-35
・2 year or more over Assistant or General Affairs or Interpreter experience at Japanese Company in any industry
・Japanese Certificate holder
・Advanced computer skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・N1 holder
・Working experience in logistic industry
・Working experience in Japan
