<Job Responsibilities>
・Handling Sales tasks, to visit client often, go with Japanese Director some times
・Build a good relationship with existing and new client
・Contact with corporate bank and foreign company
・Marketing and searching to find potential client, Making some list for potential client, Arranging appointment,
・Supporting to translate and interpreter for Japanese Director, and Sales Assistant and Marketing
・Communicate and report to Japanese head office staffs
・Catch up and check for Vietnamese law related finance field
・Making related documents in Japanese (use words, excel, power point)
・Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
<Hiring Schedule>
- Expected 1st interview date : 3-4 days after submit
- How many round interview : 2 times
- Expect joining day : End of July, Beginning of Aug
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Female
・Age: Under 26 years old
・Having around 2 years working experience as a Sales in Finance or consulting, Accounting field
・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 - to communicate Japan head office staffs)
English Conversational level (Reading and writing, contact with Foreign corporate company)
・Having working experience in Japanese Company
・Willing to visit client often, attend and dinner with client from Japan
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Personality : Cheerful, honest, supportive, well organized, good communication with Japanese staffs
・Working experience in small sized company and handling wide tasks
