<Job Responsibilities>
1. Functional expertise:
・Understand the industry insight, customer insight and translate it into business and brand strategy.
・Be responsible for communication strategy to develop the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) across touchpoints from Online to Offline.
・Master of Product Knowledge and understand product line-up strategy
・Develop the budget planning with clear rationale. Optimize and justify the ROI (Return On Investment) of marketing activity.
・Analyze industry, competition and market trends
・Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
2. Leadership:
・Management skill: Manage the project with clear timing, involved stakeholder not only for planning but also monitoring the progress and move forward with commitment. It requires the candidate to have a strong influencing skill to others including seniors.
・Problem solving: Find out the root cause and propose the solution for the complicated problem happening by working relevant stakeholders.
・Collaboration: This position requires the candidate having strong POV. However, at the same time, be able to listen and collaborate well with others.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Qualification: Bachelor degree
・Language Skills: English Business~Fluent level

・Age: 28-35
・3-5 years’ Product Marketing experience in FMCG or automobile field
・Knowledge of brand positioning, brand attribute, brand portrait, consumer segmentation, consumer insights…
・At least need to work for 1 company & had good performance/contribution in 2-3 years
・Strong passion in fashion
・Familiarity with brand plan, and all Brand KPI
・Ability to conduct research and analyze data
・Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
・Excellent communication and teamwork skills
・Be agile with the situation and high adaptation
・Results-driven attitude
・A creative mindset
・Have strong business sense which is the starting to develop the marketing strategy
