Japanese Speaking - IT Communicator cum Back Office/Admin - IT

<Job Responsibilities>
- Communicate by Japanese and report IT project
- Translate Japanese technical materials and workplace materials into Vietnamese (and vice versa)
- Attend the meeting and interpret the content for Vietnamese engineers
- Interact with the contact person in Japan by mail, phone, Skype...
- Control product quality and manage the whole progress (depending on the candidate's capacity)
- Support Japanese director's task using by Japanese
- Take charge of assigned back office/ admin tasks
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese director and managers

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender : Any
- Age : 25 - 35
- Bachelor degree
- Japanese skill : Fluent level (N1 level)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skill
- More than 5 years experiences as IT communicator or interpreter in any industry
- Having working experience in IT company
- Person who can think logically rather than technically
- Personality as below:
- International mindset
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Being active, creative and positive in working
- Extraordinary attention to details
- Have potential to be a leader/ manager in the future
- English communication (verbal and written) skill is a plus


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- English skill : Conversational level
- Person who have knowledge of IT and programming
- Person who have knowledge of administrative and accounting
- Person who used to live and work in Japan
