JOB DESCRIPTION:
A. Training:
Induct orientation training for new associates including company regulations, QMS system, Sakura Rules Training etc.
Make training report
Keying training data in OWL system
In charge of violating cases to the signed training bond such as: request for compensation for the violated duration
Strict compliance of company current systems while observing local laws and regulations.
B. Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance:
Prepare and submit to Social Insurance Authority the monthly reports (changes in newly confirmed/leaving employees, salary, social/medical/unemployment insurance contribution, etc.).
Arrange medical cards issued by Social Insurance Authority and distribute to employees, monthly and/or quarterly basis.
Process the issuance of Social Insurance Books by Social Insurance Authority for newly confirmed employees.
Do the closing procedures of Social Insurance books for resigned employees (with signature and stamp from Social Insurance Authority).
Process Sick/Accident Leave certificates, prepare reports and submit to Social Insurance Authority for sickness allowance claims.
Closely work with Social Insurance Authority for any other related tasks/issues.
Support HR Senior Staff, HR Director, General Manager (Admin), General Director in occasional tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years’ experience (Prefer experience in high volume customer service environment with working knowledge.)
