<Job Responsibilities>
- Get real estate information and information on construction (civil engineering) work
- Proposal to clients and build relationships (BD)
- Propose a new project and get a deal
- Negotiate with contractors and other professionals
- Go to construction site to check on progress
- Conducting procedures with the Vietnamese authorities
- Other tasks assigned by manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 40 - 60
- Gender : Any
- Bachelor degree
- English skill : Business level
- At least 10 years experiences as sales (BD) in architectural industry
- Knowledge of construction field
- Person who can read design drawings
- Having strong net work with developer in local (Vietnam) company and sales skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Person who have designed the basement of a large building
- Working experiences in Japanese company
