<Job Responsibilities>
1. Administrative tasks:
・ Handle all of administrative tasks as required such as purchase and maintain office supplies (stationary, equipment, business cards, etc.)
・Provide general support to the in-firm visitors from foreign countries, such as reservations for air ticket, accommodation, local transport, visa application, etc
・Prepare official correspondences to related parties.
・Handle submission documents to the Clients, Project Managers, Local authorities and related parties of the projects.
・Assist all of the Design Team Members in tasks required for the projects.
・Coordinate with company's foreign offices and branches to assist administration works and any other tasks required;
・Proceed registration procedure for Purchase Order: license, certificate, permission.
2. Interpreting, translating tasks:
・Coordinate with the Client/Project Manager/Sub-consultants/Local authorities.
・Attend meetings with the Client/Sub-consultants/Local authorities as interpreter and prepare the meetings minutes in both English and Vietnamese.
・Interpreting (English-Vietnamese-Japanese) in all of the meetings.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor or Diploma certificate holders (English major is preferred)
・Gender: Any
・Age: 26 - 32 years old (No more than 38 years old)
・Language: Have both below:
- English business level (Upper-intermediate in Speaking and Technical writing)
- Japanese business level: N2 certificate
Candidates should be able to speak fluently, can translate and interpret both ways: Japanese - English, Japanese - Vietnamese, English - Vietnamese.
・Experience:
- Having strong Coordinator or Admin tasks experience in any industry at least 3 years
(Especially can make contract document from the beginning)
・Skill: Have good computer skills.
・History working: Japanese Director doesn't like job hopper, cdd should have worked in the previous companies at least 2 years for each (should not more than 3 companies in history working).
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Majored from English majors
- Working experience in International companies,
- Have good overviews on both Architectural and Urban Design projects
- Having Marketer exp (Research the information and patience)
- Having strong Admin tasks experience in real estate company at least 3 years
<Personality/ Others>
- Appropriate communication skills (Fluent Speaking, Polite expression and Standard Social manners)
- Highly self-motivated character
- Good Social Manners
- Being able to keep scheduled deadlines.
- No tattoo
- No criminal conviction nor suspect
