<Job Responsibilities>
・Developing specialty chemicals sales to existing and new customers
・Providing chemistry technical support to all sales activities
・Anticipating client needs and develop solutions to meed those needs
・Sourcing new potential accounts, new market for business developments
・Looking for new opportunities or chemicals /products that customers are looking for to improve their operation
・Partly responsible for achieving the monthly and annual budgeted sales targets for the department
・Maintaining high standard of communication and support, regular customers' visit and report to Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Must have bachelor degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
・Have at least 5 years of working experiences in chemical/ environment field. Experiences in sales, business development of chemical is preferable
・English: Business level; Japanese is an advantage
・Be familiar with water/wastewater treatment is an advantage
・Gender: Male
・Age: over 27
Interview round: 4 rounds:
- Round 1: Chemistry Test (2 hours long)
- Round 2: English Test (1h15mins long)
- Round 3: Sales Test (1 hour)
- Round 4: Direct interview with Director, HR Manager and Head of Chemical Sales Department
