・manage 11 people(7 people in South, 4 people in North)
・report to Japanese director about result of monthly sales result
・business development of distributors
・terminate distributors which don't have good sales.

・experiences of handling distributors(in industries of motorbike, car, home appilcance and so on)
・can go on business trip(in Vietnam)
