MEP Site Staff - Real Estate

<Job Responsibilities>
・Supervision of MEP(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) at the construction site and work with instructions parties
・Instruct the design company together with the in-house Architect Staff to promote design work (concept design, basic design, detailed design, administrative application document making)
・Checking Design and specification changes during construction
・Other related tasks assigned by Managers

<Hiring Schedule> URGENT
- Expected 1st interview date : 5-6 days after CV screening
- How many round interview : 2 times
- Expect joining day : Up to Candidate condition

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree - Major : Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27 - 39 years old
・Having working experience as a MEP(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineer or Project Manager in Construction Site over 4 years
・Language: English Business level (over TOEIC 700 is better)

<Preferable experience/skills>
・Having working experience with Developer or Foreign company
