Electrical Engineer

<Job Responsibilities>
- Managing project at individual level: planning and controlling project progress; anticipating issues, building solutions to solve, guiding technicians to execute the project;...
- Installing tire production machine (in first 2-3 months) or whenever having new machine
- Managing maintenance schedule
- Proposing machine purchasing plan and arrangement according to company's budget
- Controlling contractors
- Leading and making Electrical/ Mechanical design and KAIZEN activity
- Doing other tasks as assigned by Department Manager.

<Interview schedule>
- 2 interview rounds
+ Round 1: Interview with Recruiting representative & Test (English & Electric)
+ Round 2: Interview with HOD
- Interview conducted after 2-3 days right after screening CV process done

<Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm ; Mon - Fri>
<Saturday working: Yes - 1 to 2 times per month>

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Male. Age: 26 ~ 40
- Education: From Bachelor degree, major in Automatic Electric or Industrial Electric
- Experience: At least 2 years experience as Electrical Engineer in repairing, installing or fabricating of Electric Sequence Control.
- Language: English - Conversational Level
- Skills:
+ Must have some project management skill as a leader, especially in planning and progress control, labor (contractors) control and leading KAIZEN activity.
+ Be able to design drawings well
+ Good problem anticipating and solving skill
+ Good at decision making
+ Well operate Microsoft Office well (Excel, Word)
- Be able to work on 3 shifts when required
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience in PLC, servo
- Work at Mitsubishi, Yokogawa is an advantage
