<Saturday Working: every 4th week of Saturday 8:00-15:00>
<Job Responsibilities>
・Communicating with outsource company of accounting task.
・Communicating with JPHQ for accounting task.
・Confirming VAT/ Invoice.
・Payment process. It depends on Director’s request.
・Preparing business trip for sales team & Director; Booking hotel/ flight ticket/ private car.
・Supporting to issue Visa/ work permit.
・Supporting office activity.
・Other task Other tasks as requested from JP Director.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level (Writing skill to communicate with JPHQ through Email ) & English Conversational Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27-40
・5 years or more over working experience as accountant at Japanese trading company
or
・5 years or more over general admin task experience including easy accounting job at Japanese trading company.
