<Job Responsibilities>
- Calculate salary
- Manage taxes and payments to suppliers
- Communicate with accountant firm (outsourced)
- Handle IRC, ERC and visa applications
- Arrange business trip (book a hotel, arrange the flight ticket, etc..)
- Maintain supplies and other general affairs
- Submit employee count reports and other HR duties
- Communicate with the authorities
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree
- Age : 25 - 35
- Gender : Any
- Japanese skill : Business level
- More than 3 years experiences as GAHR cum Accountant in any industry
- Knowledge of GA HR task
- Personality : Self-motivated, Active, Cheerul
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- English skill : Conversational level
- Having chief accountant certificate

- Joining date : ASAP (Current staff in this position will quit end of Oct)
