<Job Responsibilities>
・First, this position will receive training from the current Vietnamese leader in Hai Phong. In the future, this position will work on his own.
Might have some additional tasks after some time.
・Respond when products do not meet the schedule. Make and manage the production plan in the factory.
・Manage the development of the samples and designs.
Communicate with the Headquarter in Japan and receive management from them.
・Respond and report to the Headquarter in Japan.
This position needs to report and receive management from the Headquarter daily.
・Headquarter will be in charge of communicating and following directly with the clients in Japan.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: High school and above
・Gender: Male
・Age: 22-30 years old.
・Language: English conversational level (For communicating with the Headquarter in Japan)
・Experience: At least 1 year experience working in QC or PC positions in manufacturing or trading companies.
・Skills: Can use MS Office, especially Word and Excel
・Can commute to Hai Phong office by themselves.

<Personality>
・Can work in manufacturing environment (hot, messy...)
・Have good communication skills.
・Have responsibility in work.
・Not a job hopper.
