QA Supervisor - Electrical Equipment

<Job Responsibilities>
*Quality Management
- Conduct product test and assessment
- Identify product defects
- Record and Report Issue
- Update & handle all required Technical Regulation for Lighting product
- Handle after service for Lighting
*Procurement
- Finding OEM vendor & evaluate vendor performance
- Yearly review & negotiate the price with OEM/ ODM vendor
- Handling operation processes such us planning & purchasing & follow delivery of Finished Goods
Other tasks will be assigned by management


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in related majors
- Language: Japanese Business Level and English conversational level
- Gender: Male
- Age: 25-45
- 2-3 years OEM/ODM quality control experience (priority is lighting manufacturing, at least electrical and electronic equipment manufacturing experience)
- Having experience for “Receiving inspection/process improvement/process inspection/shipping inspection”
- Understanding of mechanical drawing (not necessary to draw)
- Basic knowledge of lighting (heat, light, strength), lighting-related laws= Lighting regulation in Vietnam (CR, Quartet etc.), sheet metal, resin molding
(Procurement)
- OEM/ODM "finished product" procurement management experience (priority is lighting manufacturing, at least electric/electronic device manufacturing experience)
- Ability to negotiate cost reductions with suppliers of finished products/parts
- Understanding the cost of raw materials and lighting equipment parts, and studying and providing cost reduction proposals with suppliers)
- Basic knowledge of lighting (heat, light, strength), lighting-related laws= Lighting regulation in Vietnam (CR, Quartet etc.), sheet metal, resin molding
