<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsibility for Sales Department to handle 30 Sales staff
・Consider each employee’s Sales & KPI target.
・Achieve growth and hitting Sales Target.
・Share sales know-how to sales members.
・Manage sales performance and instruct to sales staff members
・Develop new business market, especially Japanese company
・Other tasks assigned by Director

・Age: Over 40 years old
・Having over 10 years working experience as a Sales in Electrical Equipment industry or IT solutions field

・Language: English Upper Business level
・Willing to go to Business trip to Hanoi or Da Nang
