<Job Responsibilities>
・Maintain customer service activities, clients visits.
・Maintain client database, respond and support client's requests regarding insurance contract.
・Prepare quotation and negotiate with clients. Refer to Underwriting Department to prepare and set up quotation with proper terms and conditions.
・Develop new prospects, new businesses on assigned insurance via proper channels.
・Follow-up and manage outstanding premium of assigned accounts.
・Proceed renewal business and cross selling to achieve renewal premium targets.
・Cooperate with other departments in claim handling, risk survey, loss control and other customer services activities for clients.
・Others tasks assigned by Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35 years old.
・Language: English business level (for internal use such as: reporting, making document,...)
・Experience:
- Have at least 4 years experience in Sales or Customer Service positions in Insurance companies.
- Have understanding of insurance market and products.
・Skills: Good MS Office skills.

・ Major in Foreign Trade, Economics, and Insurance
