<Clients: Japanese companies and some individuals who have requirements of using Frontier Consulting's service; now target to European and American clients in Vietnam>

<Job Responsibilities>
- Look for and build relationship with new clients
- Be representative for fixing contract with clients and make site report
- Take care of handover document and payment control
- Quickly and warmly provide supported action for client when necessary
- Be the bridge to connect and communicate between company's designer and supervisor of support team with clients
- Consult clients in designing style and standard to make them understand and feel satisfied when using the service
- Understand the risk of constructing operation, explain to client before and during the constructing time
- Frequently update with clients about the progress and risk of construction (if any)
- Promptly work with support team to fix and solve the problems (if any occur)
- Take care of existing customers to maintain good relationship with them
- Prepare plan of how to achieve target by him/herself and control it by KPI number
- Control risk of client payment and negotiate about payment term
<<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Experience: At least 3 years working experience in Sales position
- Age: from 29 - 40 years old
- Language: Good English Communication - Business Level
- Good searching client skill
- Be able to win the competition and support mindset for both client and the team
- Be able to take care of client independently; actively look for new clients
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience of project manager in construction/ interior design: understand procedure of how a construction project be like
- Have good connection/ data of European companies
- Have good team management skill and can work independently well

- Interviewers:
+ Round 1: Sales Manager and HR Representatives (4 people)
+ Round 2: Sales Manager & Japanese Director
Can have interpreter joining the 2nd interview round
