<Job Responsibilities>
・Department: Administration
・This position will be working for 7 months starting from mid of Nov 2020 to mid of June 2021 (estimated).
・Overall tasks:
1. Administration Staff:
- Send and receive domestic, oversea documents and sample
- Book Car, Golf, Restaurant, Hotel and flight for guests and staffs
- Make sure electric devices run fluently, contact technician if necessary
- Buy, store and manage office stationery
- Buy mobile card for staff
- Translation if required
- Receive service VAT invoice (such as subscription fee for mobile phone, fee for sending documents & samples to domestic & overseas) and divide expense per each department
- Arrange all documents for receiving calendar annually if required
2. Accounting: Issuing VAT e-Invoice
3. Reception:
- Welcome guest.
- Arrange meeting room, set up TV conference, projector
- In charge of office telephone
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 22-30 years old.
・Language: English business level (equivalent to TOEIC 730 and above). Good communication, good speaking.
・Experience: Not required.
・Skills: Have good MS Office (especially Excel) and Administration Software Processing.

・Have experience working in in Administration position.
・Have working experience in Japanese companies.
<Personality>
・Positive attitude, stress tolerance
・Strong communication skill.
