<Job Responsibilities>
・Communicating with outsource company for accounting task.
・Calculating and Confirming VAT/ Invoice/Insurance/Salary.
・Payment process. ( Software: FAST)
・Checking B/S,P/L
・Attendance management, Supporting to issue Visa/ work permit
・Booking hotel/ flight ticket etc.
・Communicate with Japanese embassy.
・Contract checking (EN-VN, JP-VN)
・Supporting other office activity.
・Managing office equipment
・Other tasks as requested from JP Director.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Qualification: Bachelor
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level (N2) & English Business Level (TOEIC 750)
・Gender: Female only
・Age: 22-26
・Have 1-2years working experience as GA including accounting task in Japanese company
・Have less than 2 company experiences
・Who living in HCM
