- Lead to develop a holistic marketing strategy: brand development, distribution/ channel strategy, communication plan, media plan, trade execution, promotion planning, and pricing strategy
- Ensure all strategic initiatives and new product development meets overall profitability targets.
- Lead in planning, developing, executing and evaluating all marketing programs and manage external marketing partners, agencies & vendors.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor degree and above
・Language Skills: English Business Level

・Age: 40-50 yo
・At least 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG Marketing in MNC (Multinational Company)
・Working experience as Deputy Director position or above is preferable
・Strong compliance management
・Requires sound decision making ability and judgment
・In-depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of the marketing mix (product, price, promotions, placement) – with strong underlying analytical skills
・Ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent in marketing across the organization
・Enterprising and energetic self-motivator with creative approach to problem solving
・Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
・Demonstrable track record developing and executing against Business Plans, team building, people management
・Be able to work under high pressure
