<Job Responsibilities>
・Managing an Outbound team comprises of Supervisor, Training Leader, QA and Telesales in all aspects of a call center context.
・Planning and executing strategically to making sure all team members are actively involved and work closely to achieve team and individual KPIs
・Monitoring, make sure all member of team actively involved in the activities of Quality Service Management and Assessments
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30 - 39 years old
・Over 3 years working experience as Tell Sales, Business Developer by phone in any industry(prefer related bank or finance, insurance industry)
・Language: English Business Level (to communicate with client directly)
・Having working experience as a Supervisor or Manager over 2 years (to manage each members performance to hit KPI)
