<Job Responsibilities>
• Factory management and production planning.
• Ensure the safety of all employees working in the production department.
• Monitoring production plan, production structure, export process.
• Lead and promote the entire subordinate to plan, improve quality management.
• Ensuring promotion of a working atmosphere so that they can fulfill their skills.
• Work with team and supply chain management to ensure stable inventory flow without any problems.
• Maintain and train subordinates production procedures, processes and equipment.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Male Only
- Age: 32 - 40
- Education: Bachelor degree in technical or any other related industries
- Language: Japanese or English - Conversational
- Experience: At least 3 year - experience as Production Management level

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Prefer candidate who live in Binh Duong, can commute by themselves
