<Job Responsibilities>
- Be responsible for Admin and HR tasks and office support activities
- Manage the company’s Human Resource Department and follow up other members (Recruitment, training, employment contract, attendance, salary, social insurance, evaluation, promotion, salary, labor union, company rules, penalties, and other general labor management)
- Take care and give direction to other staffs as a Manager
- Propose idea to improve working environment
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Female only
- Age: 28 - 40
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any industry
- Experience:
+ Have 3 - 4 years experience as GA HR Manager in companies whose size is over 50
+ Have experiences about some Accounting and Import - export tasks.
- Language: Japanese - Business level (N2 or above) and English (Can use English for reading, checking and writing email)
