<Job Responsibilities>
- Maintain and enhance teamwork spirit to sales staff/managers by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training as well as counseling and
disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Plan and propose the company target and margins by implementing sales/marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
- Establish monthly/quarterly/yearly KPIs, sales budget for each sales department by-products and/or territory/customers
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and
competitors
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply, and demand
- Closely monitor, and hit/exceed the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales/profit targets for either each department or the whole company
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the targets and expand customer base/product profile
- Build, and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnership
- Properly understand the competitive landscape and the market trend, customers’ demand to have timely business initiatives
- Identify and solve client issues strategically
- Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both sales and operational matters
- Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer-driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality,
accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min university degree in Economics or/and Electronics/IT
・Gender: Any
・Age: Over 40 years old
・At least 5 year-experiences in sales management in M & E, SI industry
・Good communication, problem-solving, analyzing, and leadership skills
・Language: English Business level
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Strong knowledge of IT solutions filed
・Personality: Sales type and Strong Leadership
・Willing to go to a Business trip to Hanoi or Da Nang if necessary
・Having over 10 years of working experience in System Integration Sales (CCTV and Communication Equipment are preferable)
・Having people management experience of over 5 years and more than 20 members
