- "1. Direct shop Management:
- Manage the daily operations of Direct Shop (DS).
- Manage sales and sales & service targets, expenses, profits, assets and budget
- Manage all aspects of the shop to ensure high standards in the layout, merchandise display, advertising, sales promotions and product information to convey the desired image the Company.
- Oversee sales, promotions and campaigns
- Supervise employees engaged in sales & service work
- Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs
- Supervise to make suggestions to improve product performance
- Monitor sales & service process to ensure quality in the entire process.
2. Customer Service Duties
- Ensure all customers are receiving a high level of customer service
- Control customer feedback, customer's complaints or inquiries and market research
- Follow up with maintenance in making sure that the customers goods has been delivered on time properly plus to make sure that the service has completed the requested work with a complete customer satisfaction.
3. Administrative Duties
- Manage human resources of DS
- Ensure compliance of employees with established security, sales, and recordkeeping procedures and practices.
- Give the required guidance and solve any issue related to the shop or its operations.
- Insure that DS adhere the company policies and procedures within operational activities."

Educaition Background: Bachelor Degree
Age: From 35
Foreign Language: English Business Level
Working experience:
- Must have experience as Automobile Direct Shop or Showroom Manager/Supervisor
