<Job Responsibilities>
Overall management of building operations (residents, customers, tenants, employees, contractors...)
Developing policies, regulations, procedures, instructions related to building operation
Coordinating with the Maintenance team to manage, monitor the security, engineering, infrastructure, fire protection systems
Making regular reports and advising Directors on the operation of the building
Customer relations, solving customer requests and complaints as soon as possible to achieve satisfaction from customer
Build the annual operation budget
