<Job Responsibilities>
• Make delivery plan for customers.
• Control PO from the customers and closely work with customers for delivery to satisfy customer requirements.
• Handling precursor declaration and chemical declaration for imported cargo & exported cargo (if any)
• Control & manage NG & return NG to suppliers.
• Control & manage NG & replace to customers
• Be responsible to place PO to suppliers; follow up, and control this category of materials to meet the timing and reliability of the company.
• Based on Purchase Requisition, or forecast from Sale team, purchase materials, in accordance with purchasing procedure and company’s policies.
• Take the lead in his/her job and ensure the workflow process runs smoothly.
• Other related jobs will be adjusted and assigned by the manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Female only
- Age: 24 - 29 (Prefer CDD under 26)
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree relates to business/ logistics/ import-export field.
- Experience: In need of 2 headcounts for:
+ Chemical section: Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service/ sales admin/ logistics/ import-export
+ Food Ingredients section: Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service/ sales admin/ logistics/ import-export for food ingredients and Food additives
- Language: English (Business level)
- Others:
+ Have strong communication and negotiation skills (both in Vietnamese and English)
+ MS Office skill (especially Excel)
+ Good Teamwork.
+ Hard-working, responsible and reliable person
+ Good Problem-Solving Skills
+ Ability to work under high pressure, can work overtime.
<Preferred skill/experience>
- Experience as import-export staff in trading company
- S.A.P knowledge is an advantage
