<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage all activities from the Logistics department including import and export, customs declaration, freight forwarding, optimization of work documents,..
- Maintain and develop relationships with customs and logistics-related suppliers.
- Advise leaders to build operational strategies for the Logistics department
+ Proposing to recruit, train backup personnel, and develop staff in the team to ensure the work progress of the department.
+ Proposing appropriate support policies: salary, bonus, other support... creating conditions for employees to work most effectively.
- Periodically report on the results of the work of the document group and make ad-hoc reports as required and perform other tasks under the direction of the Board of Directors
