1/ About HR:
- Managing and supervising human resource activities.
- Directly controlling and joining in HR activities such as recruitment, training, C&B, employee relations, ...
- Implementing HR strategy, internal policies, HR manual to meet the Company's strategy and values;
- Building the scale salary, KPI for whole company and managing performance evaluation system.
2/ About administration:
- Managing and supervising human resource activities such as: management of infrastructure, assets, equipment, stationery, security-protection, information safety, documents-storage; parking, canteen, uniforms, suppliers, reception, in/out parcel, healthcare, ...
- Responsible for fire prevention and fighting, occupational safety, occupational hygiene and environment, ...
- Organizing internal events.
- Implementing legal procedures and documents of the company and foreigners.

- Age: 30-45

- Education background : Graduated from University
- Language Skills: English - Business level
- Experience:
+ Minimum 5 years of experience working as HR&Admin AM/Supervisor/Leader
