Work details
<Job Responsibilities>
- Supporting the production department to troubleshoot technical problems of plastic injection machines (diagnose failures, defects,...).
- Supporting mold department to troubleshoot and improve molds (check, plan, revise drawings, work with supplier to repair molds).
- Preparing for new products: working with customers and suppliers, approving mold design, testing and evaluating new molds, requesting customers to evaluate, and preparing documents, tools, …before starting production.
<Essential Requirements>
- Age: 26-35
-Gender: Any
- Education background : Graduated college/university, major in electrical-electronics/mechanical/automation
- Language Skills: English - Intermediate Level
- Experience:
+ Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Mechanical Engineer
<Preferable skill/experience>
- Experiences in plastic injection machine, and plastic injection mold is an advantage
<Others>
Good at 2D/3D drawing software (AutoCAD/PTC Creo/ Solidworks).
Having knowledge about DFM, FMEA, PLC.
