<Job Responsibilities>
・Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
・ Set up meetings with potential clients and be open-minded to their inquiries and procedures
・Prepare quotation, biding document and others clerical documents.
・Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
・Negotiate/close deals, prices and contract terms with the clients.
・Collaborate with team members to achieve unified results.
Business trip:
・Sometimes: around HCM city, Da Nang, Ha Noi but go and come back within a day.

・Education: Bachelor degree

・Experience
- Over 25 years old: Need more than 3 years of sales experience in any industry
- 22-25 years old: Not required experience. Freshers also can apply but need to have a passion for sales task

・Worked at the Architecture industry as a Sales
・Having knowledge of Japanese culture
