Japanese Speaking - Production Manager

<Job Responsibilities>
・Current working time is two-shift system (8am~/ 8pm). But company will change to three-shift system (6am~/ 2pm~/ 10pm~)
・Operate between Japanese Technical Director and worker’s (70-80 people)
・Support Japanese Technical Director’s task
・Manage and instruct to leaders
・Help to manufacture as a member of worker in various processes
・Control and maintenance of the mold in accordance with the target set by the company
・Work on time by production schedule with good quality
・Continuously do KAIZEN activity
・Control ISO systems


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College Diploma
・Language Skills: Japanese Conversational Level (No need Language certificate)
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-35
・Experience: 5 year’s Production management experience at the Manufacture of machine parts or Automotive Parts company
・A person who can agree night shit working because the factory is working 24 hours

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience as Engineer in Japan
