<Position Objective/Expectation >
- In charge of accounting, general affairs, ordering and trading
<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for accounting and general affairs.
- Daily accounting work, communication with bookkeeping agents.
- It also handles ordering and trading with customers in Japan and Vietnam.
- Invoice creation, deposit / withdrawal, inventory management, performance report creation.
- Personnel and general affairs related work (calculation of salary, social insurance, etc.)
- If it becomes a consolidated subsidiary in Japan in the future, this position will report to Japan directly.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender : Female
・Age: 28-38
・Bachelor degree
・Language Skill : Japanese : upper Business level
English : good leading, writing skill
・Having more than 2 years experience in Accounting, GA HRA position in Japanese company.
・Have good knowledge of trading process
・Be able to actively work in a startup environment
・Be able to calculate salary and social insurance
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Good communication skill in both Japanese &English
・Have good knowledge of accounting, trading process
・Have good knowledge of labor
・Interested in cosmetic & daily necessities
