Work details
<Job Responsibility>
1. Administration of the MMS including end-user support.
2. Training of Operation and Maintenance company and company's staff in the use of the MMS.
3. Loading asset data into the MMS Db2 database using the Maximo Integration Framework.
4. Assisting E&M sub-systems and Civil Contractors to resolve any issues in their data as detected during data loading.
5. Supporting the Maximo/WebSphere/Db2 implementation including backups.
6. Supporting the MMS from a general IT perspective, including the servers, network, and end-user computing devices.
7. Support modifying Maximo reports using BIRT.
8. Support the receiving of spare parts and consumables into the warehouse in conjunction with recording in the MMS Inventory module.
9. Other related tasks as assigned by the reporting Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Age: 25 - 40 years old.
・Gender: Any
・Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
・Language Skills: English - Business level (very good at speaking)
・Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in large-scale Maximo implementations.
<Others>
- Experienced with using SQL databases and preferably with IBM Db2.
- Experience in general IT support.
