<Job Responsibilities>
- Support for establish new company
- Set up new office
- Responsible for accounting and general affairs.
- Support for work permit & VISA process for foreign staff
- Daily accounting work, communication with bookkeeping agents.
- It also handles ordering and trading with customers in Japan and Vietnam.
- Invoice creation, deposit / withdrawal, inventory management, performance report creation.
- Personnel and general affairs related work (calculation of salary, social insurance, etc.)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 28 - 39
- Education Background: Bachelor Degree
- Language: Japanese - Business Level (more than N2)
and English - Business Level (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
+ Experience:
- Have from 4 years of experience as Manager of back office position(GA/HR/Account) in Trading industry.
- Have experience in accounting
- Have experience in start up company
- Have experience member management
+ Personality and social skills:
- Sociable with good communication skills.
- Responsible and play a role as a team member.
- Physically and mentally tough.
- Good understand start up situation.
+ Others:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint for communication and presentation purposes
