<Job Responsibilities>
- Overall responsibility for sales and customer development of M&E Contractors, Industrial Users, Project Owners and Consultant by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and engineering knowledge.
- Understand and communicate customer requirements
- Achieve assigned sales, KPI and customer development quota through focus on commercial customer acquisition and development
- Day to day selling activities i.e identifying sales opportunities, organizing, proposals, asking for and acquiring orders.
- Co-ordinate with other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support team in all marketing activities to develop our image to all kinds of customers.
- Report and convey issues to improve and market information to supervisors.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Age: 25-35
• Gender: Any
• Language skills: English - Intermediate Level and above
• Educational background: Bachelor in engineering
• Experience:
+ Having experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or have experience within the HVAC and contracting industry

Good at computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Words).
Willing to travel for business
Ability to work in team or independently
The candidate willing to work under high pressure working environment.
Must be goal oriented, adaptable, logical.

<Preferable skill/experience>
+ Has experience with Auto CAD is the advantage.
+ Has experience with Japan manufacture, contractor & consultant is the advantage
