<Position Objective/Expectation >
Do multi-tasks support in a small office using Japanese.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Translating to Japanese director and Vietnamese staff
- Translating of some documents
(Japanese⇔Vietnamese, Japanese⇔English, Vietnamese⇔English)
- Doing task of general affairs (including communication with the HQ in Japan)
Contacting outsourced consultants (Accounting, Payroll, Labor, etc.)
- Managing receipts and disbursements as a cashier who is also in charge of cashiering, invoice issuance, and management
- Filling and management of internal documents
- Doing Insurance sales support (administrative support for cargo and marine insurance, new proposals and renewals for tenants in the company's buildings, etc.)
- Visiting customer with another employee (often accompanied by employees)
- Checking to IT security rules of the HQ in Japan

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any. Age: 25 - 39
- Education: Bachelor degree or higher
- Having accounting experience through an accounting firm
- Having experience in general affairs department in any industry
- Having experience working in a Japanese company
- English business level and Japanese Business level
=>Having the certification of Japanese N2 or higher (*Nearly N1 level)
- Be able to work for a long term

-Having experience as an accountant or position in any industry
-Having experience working in Japan
-Those who are not particular about the scope of their work
- Having experience of interpretation or translation of more than 3 years
