<Job Responsibilities>
1. Domestic market management
- Developing business development strategies for the company's products and services including Business strategy and plan, Training plan, and KPI criteria for the sales team.
- Monitoring business results, and make highly competitive adjustment decisions to expand the business.
- Being responsible for customer development, Market analysis, competitor analysis.
- Meeting directly with domestic and foreign partners and customers to introduce products and services, persuade to sign cooperation contracts/agreements. Organize the implementation of communication plans, marketing, sales plans, monitor the implementation results and report periodically.
- Managing and operating the target of the Department in charge and be responsible for the operation before the Board of Directors.
- Guiding and training affiliated employees on: communication skills, sales skills, teamwork skills, ensuring the completion of room quotas.
2. International market management
- Developing annual business strategy and market orientation, focusing on increasing revenue in Southeast Asian markets.
- Making and implementing plans to develop international markets: Finding and exploiting new customers, expanding strategic customer accounts, target markets.
- Implementing business promotion activities such as: Conferences, seminars, fairs, specialized exhibitions, marketing .... (if any)
- Being responsible for sales target with international market
<Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering
- Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience working as a Sales Manager of B2B or B2C channels.
- Language: English - Business Level
