<Job Responsibilities>
- Translation of documents
- Confirmation and coordination Japanese Director's schedule
- Arrangement business trip
- Preparation of documents and liaison with other branches
- In charge of post-contract management, Support the sales department and coordinate with other departments to prepare documents and procedures related to transactions with customers (including shipping management and checking shipping documents)
- Contact customers (from Singaporean branch) and suppliers both domestically and internationally via means of communication
- Input data into the stock system/inventory management.
- Create import/export documents
- Confirm deposits and withdrawals, create/check B/L (Bill of lading)
- Control PO (Purchase Order) from the customers and closely working with customers for delivery to satisfy customer requirements
- Handling precursor declaration for imported cargo & exported cargo (if any)
- Request document changes/adjustments
- Control & manage NG & return NG
- Be responsible to place PO; follow up, control this category of materials to meet timing and reliability of company
- Occasional non-sales visits to clients may be required

・Can go to business trip with the Japanese Director

・Being able to work for long term
・Having knowledge related to export/import
・Being able to work under pressure for a newly setting-up company
・Having working experience as a secretory or assistant in Japanese company
