- Business trip to JP and Western countries after COVID settled down

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Over 5 years' Production Control in garment / textile / apparel factory (not only Quality Control)
- People Management experience over 100 workers
- Good personality to motivate members
- Good command of reading/writing/speaking ability in English as prerequisite

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Welcome U-turns of QuangNgai residents
- Much more welcome if he or she had technical knowledge and actual experience at the production of seam sealing and heat melt process for functional garments
- JP language (not must requirements at all)
- Experience to work with top level's JP/MNC customers
