Warehouse Manager - Logistics

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Managing warehouse staff, operation, inventory accuracy, transportation, data control and all warehouse activities and facilities.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Managing warehouse staff, operation, inventory accuracy, transportation, data control and all warehouse activities and facilities.
- Cooperate with other departments such as sales, IT, HSES, QA, HR, accounting and customer for company.
- Make a quotation of all warehouse service with other team for customer
- Logistics operation

* Assist Deputy general director with below jobs:
- Plan, organize and manage staff to operate the warehouse
- Control inventory record accuracy, on time and in full of warehouse performance
- Keep MHEs and facilities regular maintenance
- Manage and measure staff’s performance
- Manage 3PL and measure their performance.

* HSE-S and QA
- Ensure all logistics activities to be compliant with HSE&S standards
- Develop and implement the HSE-S (Healthy – Safety – Environment -Security) system.
- Conduct HSE-S training to 100% employees

* Cost management:
- Drive logistics continuous improvement projects to improve cost and productivity.

* People development
- Provide training and coaching to staffs

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Over 30 years old
・Gender: Any
・Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in a warehouse management related role
・Education: Bachelor degree in Logistics, supply chain
・Language: English business level

<Other requirement>
・Knowledge about the operation of warehouse, know- how of warehouse project management

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience working as a warehouse manager or working in logistics company (more than 5 years)
・At least 5 years in the position of a warehouse manager or equivalent
・Interpersonal skills
・Training / coaching skills
・Good IT skills, warehouse management system Problem solving skills
・Project management skills
・Honest, hardworking, willing to learn, active work attitude, communication and reporting
