Japanese Speaking - BrSE - IT

<Job Responsibilities>
- Participate in software development projects for the Japanese market.
- Manage projects as leader or Project Manager.
- Understand the requirements from customers.
- Make and manage schedule of development.
- Create specifications according to the requirements and explain it to clients and members accurately.
- Review test case and test result to ensure product quality.
- Final check product to ensure to satisfy the requirement.
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese / Vietnamese manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT Major
- Gender: Any
- Age: 25-35
- Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 or above)
- Over 3 years of experience in the IT field and over 1 year of experience as BrSE in IT field
- Having project management skills
- Always work with a mindset that prioritizes valuing others and cooperating with all members of the company
- Can build and keep a good relationship with members and clients
- Positive thinking
- High responsibility

<Preferable>
- Knowledge of software development processes
- Knowledge of agile, scrum
- Have experience in request definition with clients directly
- Can write the basic design documents of the software
- Good multi-task skills
