<Job Responsibilities>
- Improve production line for mass production of new model
- Process design and proposal in order to improve the production and assembly process of Motor
- Apply and transfer technology from Japan to production Motor
- Design and set up the production process for new model - Motor
- Motor manufacturing development management
- Choose material, tools.
- Give kaizen idea (make automation or arrange layout of machine).

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: Over 24
- Qualification: College Degree or higher, major in Mechanical or Mechatronics
- Language Skill: Japanese - Conversational Level (Equivalent to N3)
- Experience:
+ Male: At least 2 years of working experience in Machine designing, Automation team or Innovation team.
+ Female: At least 1 year of working experience in Technology or Manufacturing field
- Other skills:
+ MS Office Proficiency
+ Ability to use AutoCAD (2D, 3D), SolidWorks, Inventor
+ Knowledge about production technology, production management
+ Good communication, teamwork, negotiation skill.
+ Strong, hard-working, innovative, high-pressure endurance.
