<Job Responsibilities>
- Lead South Field Force Group for consumer electronics products
- The main job duties will be as below:
▪ Maximize sell-out especially value-added range by cooperating with Marketing and Sales teams
▪ Manage Promoters (budget, effectiveness, skills, effective scheme, allocation strategy)
▪ Manage Training (budget, training contents, HR development, effective scheduling, etc.)
▪ Manage Display in the shop front including provinces in the South
▪ Implement promotion or DEMO at shop front with sales members
▪ Analyze market data & report to BOD
▪ Manage South Field Force member’s daily work and operation
▪ Collaborate with other departments like Sales/Marketing/Planning/Accounting
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Age: 30-40
• Gender: Any
• Language skills: English - Business level
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree
• Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in management level of Field Force Support/ Sales Promotion for customer electronic products
- Managing sales in, sales out KPI, setting up budget and promotion program, product training, willing to do market survey
-Adaptive, hard-working and ready for business trips nationwide, logical thinking
- Having strong motivation towards Field Force
