<Job Responsibilities>
・Communicating with the Accounting firm
・Contacting customers who have issued invoices to confirm payment and to demand payment
・Managing the contract with customers
・Making reminders and confirm collections
・Organizing internal events
・Implementing legal procedures and documents of the company and foreigners
・Other tasks assigned from Japanese General Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: College diploma or higher
・Language: English Conversational Level
・Gender: Female prefer
・Age: 26-40
・Experience: Need both of these as below,
- Having more than 3years of Accounting experience in any industry
- Having more than 2years of Admin experience in any industry
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese Conversational Level and
・Having working experience in Japanese company
・Having N2 Japanese certificate
