IE Assistant Manager - Textile

<Job Responsibilities>
1 Phân tích việc sử dụng lực lượng lao động, bố trí cơ sở và dữ liệu vận hành như chi phí sản xuất, sơ đồ quy trình và lịch trình sản xuất để xác định việc sử dụng hiệu quả công nhân và thiết bị.
Analyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
2 Theo dõi & phân tích thông tin & số liệu thống kê liên quan đến sản xuất (tức là hiệu quả) để xác định các vấn đề và đưa ra các đề xuất hiệu quả cho Manager để giải quyết các vấn đề & nâng cao hiệu quả.
Monitor& analyze production related information & statistics (i.e. efficiency) to identify problems and provide effective recommendations to Production Manager to solve the problems & improve efficiency.
3 Giám sát vận hành và cùng với giám sát và vận hành để đảm bảo rằng bộ phận sản xuất đang áp dụng mục tiêu % hiệu quả & % chất lượng của nhà máy
Supervise supervisor & together with them to ensure that production dept. is adopting the target of efficiency% & quality%.
4 Thực hiện kaizens giúp cải tiến liên tục hiệu quả sản xuất, chất lượng, 5S & quản lý trực quan,… bằng cách giảm lãng phí.
To do the kaizens which help to continuous improving production eff., quality, 5S & visual management,…by reducing wastes.
5 Nghiên cứu và đề xuất bố chức năng, sơ đồ tổ chức và thông tin dự án để xác định chức năng và trách nhiệm của người lao động và khu vực làm việc
Studies functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine functions and responsibilities of workers and work units
6 Thiết kế và mua sắm công cụ sản xuất, thiết bịsản xuất và công cụ sản xuất
Design and procure production tooling, processing equipment and workstations.
7 Xác nhận và đảm bảo máy móc thiết bị được thực hiện đúng lịch trình
Verify that machine maintenance is being performed on schedule.
8 Tuân thủ an toàn lao động, nội quy, quy định của công ty
Comply with labor safety, rules, and regulations of the company
9 Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
10 Perform well house- keeping and 5S at working place.
Giữ gìn vệ sinh, 5S tại khu vực làm việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Any
・Gender: Male preferable
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in chemical engineering/ Petrochemical
・Experience: At least 3 years of experience working as Engineer or Continuous Improve Process Staff in textile dyeing company
